Lowongan Kerja 2014 PT Taman Safari Indonesia (Bali Safari & Marine Park) is home to more than 600 individual animals of 60 selected exotic and endemic Indonesian species such as Komodo Dragons, Orang Utan, Bali Mynah, and Sumatran Elephants, is currently seeking for experienced, and competent professional to joint our project as below :

CHIEF ENGINEER
  • Experience required from 3 – 5 years of employment in a related position
  • Requires advanced knowledge of building management/engineering. May require considerable working knowledge of other major areas in the hospitality industry and the skill to integrate and communicate that information.
  • Requires analyzing activities and/or information involving some original data manipulation or interpretation to arrive at logical conclusions.
  • College degree.
  • Fluency in a second language, preferably English.
  • Certification in CPR.
  • Previous Supervisory experience.
  • Previous guest relations training.
  • Requires management skills.
  • Ability to provide information and associated services to management and guests.
SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
  • Having 6 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Gianyar.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
  • Having 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies /Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years experience as a food and beverage leader in a luxury hotel.
  • Four-year college degree is strongly preferred, particularly in Food & Beverage and/or Hospitality.
  • Must have a proven track record of motivating managers and associates to meet and exceed goals and to provide the highest quality experience for our guests.
  • Experience managing food and beverage operations for a large organization serving thousands of people daily.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, checkbook management, productivity, inventory controls, P&L analysis, food and beverage cost controls.
  • Managing profitability
  • Strong computer and technical skills to include Micros and on-line purchasing systems.
  • Ability to track and analyze department turnover trends with demonstrated ability to identify and implement corrective action steps if necessary.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop growing talent for the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle progressive discipline/coaching discussions.
  • Proven ability to engage associates at all levels.
  • This individual must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high profile events.
  • Must meet standards of appearance.
  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to handle multiple priorities.
HOTEL MANAGER
  • Having 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business
  • Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Bachelor education degree
  • Two to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience must include 2 years in a supervisory and leadership role of a fine dining restaurant operation along with an additional 2 years experience in a supervisory and leadership role of a luxury boutique hotel operation
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions or requests from groups of managers, clients,
  • co-workers, and the general public.
  • Able to maintain organizational image by demonstrating high quality guest service at all times
  • A friendly personality and genuine desire to help and please others
  • Ability to think clearly and make quick decisions
  • Numeracy and logistical planning skills
  • A professional manner and calm, rational approach in hectic situations
  • Ability to balance customer and business priorities
  • Flexibility and a ‘can do’ mentality
  • Energy and patience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with speakers of other languages.
