Reporting & Accounting Team Leader (C&F/FIN&AC/PHEONWJ/H/0913/01)
To lead, organize, and control custody management of fixed assets and material inventories; calculation, recording and reporting of expenditures, cost recovery and revenues, as well as reconciliation of account under custody in order to ensure compliance with JoA, PSC, and SKK Migas regulations and Indonesia GAAP/ PSAK/IFRS.

Responsibilities :

• To review and validate internal and external financial reports, in order to ensure all reports are submitted timely & accurately and in accordance with PSC requirement such as WP&B, FQR, FMR, Otonomi Daerah, JIS, Harmoni etc; and Indo GAAP/PSAK/IFRS;
• To review and verify all calculation and recording of expenditures, cost recovery and revenues, lifting and entitlement;
• To review and verify AFE data in the system against approved AFE;
• To lead and control custody management of all company’s fixed assets and material inventories;
• To review and verify calculation of provisional oil and gas entitlement percentage, Domestic Market Obligation invoices and Gas Sales invoices;
• To review and verify standing and disbursement instruction to Trustee Paying Agent;
• To coordinate aging process and reporting of all account receivables within agreed timeline with all customers;
• To review and verify payment instruction for SBLC fee to “bank guarantor”.

Qualification :

Educational Background:
• Mininum Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting

Experience:
• Having 7 years of experiences in Accounting in Oil & Gas Industry;
• Preferably having 5 years of working experiences in Financial Reporting in Oil & Gas Industry;
• Preferably having 3 years experiences in Audit Firms;

Other Requirements:
• Having good knowledge in ERP system, oil & gas taxation;
• Knowledgeable in advanced PSC accounting and PSAK/IFRS;
• Possess strong analytical thinking, strong business awareness, and good leadership skill;
• Good command in English (verbal and written);
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office).

Senior Commercial Analyst (C&F/COR&MKT/PHEONWJ/I/0913/01)
To lead the commercial evaluation, preparation and approval of the Financial Investment proposals, partners’ long-term relationships, preparation and approval of RJPP, Reserve Report, Commercial Agreements, in order to ensure effective investment decision making in maximizing PHE ONWJ’s values.

Responsibilities :

• To lead valid and reliable data integration among all relevant parties, in order to ensure robust economic evaluation.
• To lead the commercial evaluation of all PHE ONWJ’s project investment, in order to ensure feasibility and profitability of all project investment prior to further project execution decision.
• To lead the preparation of financial investment documents for further relevant approval from the Management, PHE, and Government Authorities (BPMIGAS, MIGAS/ESDM), in order to ensure timeliness of approval process.
• To lead the negotiation of commercial terms with relevant external parties, including Customers, Pertamina EP, Government Authorities, Partners, in order to ensure mutual agreement.
• To lead the preparation and approval process of PHE ONWJ’s long term plan (RJPP) with all internal parties, in order to ensure the alignment and achievement of PHE ONWJ’s business objectives.
• To coordinate reserve reporting to related internal parties and submission of the report to PHE, in order to ensure the estimation of PHE ONWJ’s value.
• To lead project review and evaluation in relation to Government’s regulations and PSC principles, in order to ensure economic value of project and compliance with Government’s regulations and PSC principles.
• To lead the audit process in relation to commercial matters with external auditors (BPK, BPKP, BPMIGAS, external independent auditors), in order to ensure compliance with Government’s policies and regulations.
• To lead the development and maintenance of good working relationship with PHE ONWJ’s Partners, including conducting technical and non-technical workshops or meetings, in order to ensure smooth and effective project execution and operations.

Qualification :

Educational Background:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experiences in oil and gas industry

Other Requirements:
• Preferably having experiences in subsurface or operations experiences
• Familiar with facility and production operations as well as financial aspects of oil and gas industry.
• Understanding of financial modeling
• Knowledgeable about economics
• High level of initiative and ability to apply technical skills
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Having good communication skill
• Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office

Petroleum Engineer (SUB/PE/PHEONWJ/I/0913/01)
To perform detail evaluation production opportunities and make coordination in developing plan of well interventions, surveillances and production optimization activities, in order to achieve oil and gas production target and maximize reserve recovery within commercial consideration and budget planned

Responsibilities :

• To identify opportunities of work programs and develop alternative solutions for well maintenance, routine well surveys, artifical lift optimization and workovers , in which the process start from platform/artificial lift review then developing action plans, generating technical procedures, performing economic evaluations, securing approvals in order to maximize value and track the result using Company WELLTRACK system.
• To lead execution of surveillance plan in order to ensure well and reservoir producing on optimum level by implementing approved surveillance best practices.
• To maintain and support appropriately of scaled Integrated Production System Models in order to effectively support all development and field management subsurface & surface optimization decisions.
• To propose completion, start up plan of infill and workover wells to ensure it aligned with field production strategy and company bussiness.
• To monitor production rates through data analysis, plan rework processes in order to improve production.
• To provide petroleum engineering technical support and work with operation team on solving well performance problems, in order to ensure the optimum well performance.
• To perform periodical review and update performance of asset, including gas lift review and offer the solution in order to maximize hydrocarbon production and recovery through well /facility modification or stimulation works.
• To provide reserve estimation or calculation in the producing structure, in order to support reserve report exercises.

Qualification :

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree from Petroleum Engineer or Production Engineering.
Exeperience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Petroleum Industry

Other Requirements:

• Must have knowledge in Gas Lift Optimization, Integrated Asset Modelling, Well Work Plan & Tracking, Slickline Ops, Coil Tubing Unit Ops, Gas Artificial Lift, Pressure Build Up
• Must have knowledge in Basic Reservoir Engineer
• Has strong analytical thinking and strong technical background in Petroleum Engineering concept
• Having technical expertise on PE specialization, and use expertise to effectively challenge current policies/standards to develop new techniques or approaches, including advises and guides others, and assists in conducting training in area of expertise
• Good command in English (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy Microsoft Office and standard petroleum engineering software
