Legal Officer
Summary:
Perform and responsibility for complience management, contract drafting, and legal drafting.
Analyze, verification, and supervision of the draft agreement / partnership on the legal aspects.
Ensure all operations completed in accordance with the organization's policies and systems to avoid potential violations in the regulation.
Requirements
• Male / Female maximum age 28 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law
• Having 1-3 years experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have the ability in aspects of contract law, contract drafting, business law, business rules associated with the company.
• Good command in English both written and oral
• Office Computer standard skill
